Local Rate

ALL MOBILE LOUNGE PARTICIPANTS/GUESTS MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD.

  • Hourly rate depending on package selected (additional costs may apply). 
  • Additional Hours over minimum rate will be charged at: $120 per hour and must be purchased 1 hour prior to the end of event. 
  • Holiday hourly rate quoted during booking consultation (additional to hourly rate or packages)
  • All day and full weekend package rates available at consultation.

OUTSIDE OF TX: 

  • Out of State Hourly Rate $120 per hour in addition to standard package rate (6 -hour min on ALL packages out of state bookings)
  • Additional Hours Beyond Booking Time Frame: $200 per hour. Must be purchased 1 hour prior to end of event.    

 DEPOSIT:​

  • 50% Deposit is required to book our services. Remaining balance is due 10 business days prior to the event. 

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

EVENT SITE

  • SITE MUST ACOMODATE A 24FT MOBILE UNIT TO INCLUDE ENTRANCE​​
  • NO ROUGH TERRAIN/HILLY SURFACES/MUDDY SURFACES
  • We reserve the right to set up where we can avoid damage to our equipment to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. 

FUEL SURCHARGE:

  • A fuel surcharge will be added to final invoice for travel above 50 miles.
  • If traveling over 100 miles there will be a fuel surcharge at local rate added to final invoice plus overnight accommodation. (Contact Us for Details) 

20% GRATUITY will be included in final invoice
